Return Policy

Exchanging Items

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from the date you received the item if purchased online. The item must be in its original condition/packaging. We can only accept the return of opened items if there are faults in production and manufacturing and not for a change of mind.

Please note – due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, any apparel that comes in packaging must remained unopened in its original packaging.

 Unfortunately, we are only able to offer refunds in the form of credit vouchers.

This means if you place an order and you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you can return it, however the customer is liable for the return shipping charges. The Australia Pavilion Retail Store will then issue you a credit voucher for the value of the item/s you are returning. This will give you the opportunity to choose a different format, size or product of your choice.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items 

Items returned because they are defective, damaged or incorrect, will be either replaced, subject to availability, or will receive a full refund.

If you need to return an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, kindly contact our customer care team to arrange shipping.

We will check all items returned to us as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

All approved refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and are normally processed within four weeks.

Customs & Import VAT

When ordering goods from for delivery outside of the UAE, please be aware your delivery may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. 

Any additional charges for customs clearance or taxes are the responsibility of the receiver; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. 

Additionally, please note that when ordering from you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Your privacy is important to us and we know you care about how your information is used and shared. We would like inform our international customers that cross-border deliveries are subject to documentation disclosing order contents. Please also be aware that your parcel may also be opened and inspection by customs authorities.
